By signing in and using The Parent's Daily Briefing, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The Parent's Daily Briefing reads your connected Google Calendar and the family details you provide, then sends you a daily email summarizing your schedule. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data we collect and how it's used.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the family details you enter and for keeping your Google account secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

The service relies on Google Calendar, Google's Gemini API, and Postmark to function. We're not responsible for outages, changes, or data handling by these third parties beyond what's described in our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the briefing will be delivered on time, be free of errors, or accurately reflect every calendar event.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You can stop using the service and disconnect your calendar at any time from the Data Sources page. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
